Weather Brief Jun 06, 2018

Midcoast Forecast - June 6, 2018

The gray weather continued on Wednesday but there were occasional peaks of blue sky and sunshine helping to invigorate more clouds and some spotty rain mainly over western Maine. Temperatures held below normal with highs in the 50s across the Midcoast. We'll see partly to mostly cloudy skies again on Thursday with more sun late in the day and the chance for an isolated shower as high pressure shifts by offshore with a warm front lifting over New England. Temperatures will be slightly warmer for Thursday afternoon, reaching the 50s to mid 60s.

Clearing will continue on Friday returning the Midcoast to mostly sunny skies with highs climbing into the 70s as mild air moves in along breezy southwest winds during the late week. Clouds build back in on Saturday with highs holding around 70 with mostly sunny skies on Sunday.
