Midcoast Forecast - June 17, 2019 PM

We are off to a sunny start to the week with high pressure nudged in from the north and warm temperatures with highs in the mid 70s for most spots. A frontal boundary to our south over the Mid Atlantic will shift north into Tuesday and set up over southern New England for the mid week bringing cloudy skies and a low chance for rain. Despite the cloudy skies, temperatures will remain warm with highs holding in the 70s with overnight lows in the 50s. Rain chances will increase for the late week as low pressure tracks in from the west bringing soaking rain late Thursday through Friday morning with 1" to 2" possible. Skies will clear out for the weekend with highs in the 70s to low 80s.
