Weather Brief Jul 31, 2018

Midcoast Forecast - July 31, 2018

High pressure remains nudged in across Maine for this last day of July allowing for mostly sunny skies and highs into the 80s but the high will begin to slide out east into the mid week. This will allow for a warm front to lift over the region through Wednesday ushering back in warm and humid air. This will lead to more cloud cover, areas of fog, and a daily chance for showers and storms during the mid to late week although these will be few and far between. The best chance for rain will be over northern and western Maine, similar to what we saw last week. We'll see more organized showers and storms Friday and into Saturday followed by the return of mostly sunny skies for Sunday although humidity will remain on the high side.
