Weather Brief Jul 30, 2018

Midcoast Forecast - July 30, 2018

High pressure in place over northern New England Monday is providing a dry and less humid start to the week offering some relief to the muggy days we saw last week. Clouds are on the increase from the south ahead of some changes coming as we move into the mid week. We'll see a mix of sun and clouds again on Tuesday with highs either side of 80 as high pressure slides out to the south and west. This will allow for a warm front to lift over the region through Wednesday ushering back in warm and humid air. This will lead to more cloud cover, areas of fog, and a daily chance for showers and storms during the mid to late week although these will be few and far between. The best chance for rain will be over northern and western Maine, similar to what we saw last week. We'll see clearing through the upcoming weekend with mostly sunny skies back by Sunday.
