Midcoast Forecast - February 19, 2020 AM

The area of low pressure that brought snow and some rain mix on Tuesday is moving off to the north and east as high pressure builds in from the west. Skies will clear on Wednesday with highs holding in the 30s followed by a shot of colder air Thursday as high pressure sets up over the region with lows dipping into the single digits and highs in the teens. Winds will be breezy out of the northwest through the day adding an additional chill to the air. Quiet weather will continue through the late week and weekend as temperature gradually climb, eventually reaching the upper 30s to low 40s yet again. Low pressure will move in early next week bringing rain late Monday then ending Tuesday morning with highs holding in the 40s.
