Weather Brief Aug 09, 2018

Midcoast Forecast - August 9, 2018

A cold front is moving through Thursday afternoon marked with a line of strong to severe thunderstorms. Behind this front will be a noticeable change in our weather pattern heading into Friday and the weekend as cooler and less humid air moves into the Midcoast. This will make the air feel more comfortable and keep temperatures refreshing with lows by Saturday down into the 50s and highs in the 70s. Skies will be sunny Friday but a weak area of low pressure will move by to the south on Saturday pushing in clouds toward the coast and a chance of late day showers.

Sunshine will be back for Sunday and into early next week but temperatures and humidity will start to gradually climb back up with shower chances eventually returning into the mid week.
