Weather Brief Apr 12, 2018

Midcoast Forecast -April 12, 2018

Thursday turned out to be another pleasant spring day across the Midcoast with highs climbing to the 40s and 50s under mostly sunny skies. Clouds will be on the increase during the evening as a round of rain moves in for the overnight with periods of showers and light accumulations. This will clear into Friday morning allowing for continued warm up to take place with highs into the 50s and 60s with a mix of sun and clouds. Another batch of rain will move in from the west for the overnight along a stalled our front draped west to east over the region. The front will sink south into Saturday allowing for spotty rain and a steady cooldown. Cooler air will continue to push in through the weekend with highs eventually back down to the 30s allowing for possible winter mix on Sunday with snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain. Temperatures rebound into Monday as a soaking rain moves in with clearing by Tuesday afternoon.
