Medomak Valley sets busy homecoming schedule

By Staff | Sep 09, 2018

Waldoboro — Medomak Valley High School has announced its schedule for the Panthers’ annual homecoming celebration on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 14-15, an event school officials hope will attract fans and alumni to support the fall athletic teams.

The weekend will feature many of the school’s fall programs, including football, cross country and boys and girls soccer.

On Saturday, the Medomak Valley All-Sports Boosters will host a chicken barbecue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The meal will cost $10, as proceeds go to the sports programs. The booster booth will be open for the day at 9 a.m. for refreshments and an inventory reduction sale.

There also will be a $1 admission fee to Saturday’s soccer games, which also will benefit the All-Sports Boosters.
