Warren — A 35-year-old man remains held without bail after his arrest Sunday night, Sept. 3, on domestic violence charges.

Ricky Miller of Warren is charged with felony domestic violence assault, felony domestic violence criminal threatening, felony domestic violence terrorizing and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Knox County Sheriff's Office deputies responded shortly before 8 p.m. Sunday to a domestic assault complaint.

The victim reported that Miller was intoxicated, grabbed her, pushed her, and threatened her with a knife.

Miller had left the residence prior to deputies' arriving, but he was later located with the assistance of a police canine from Lincoln County Sheriff's Office a short distance from the home. Miller was arrested without further incident and taken to the Knox County Jail in Rockland.
The assault charge is a felony because of his prior convictions.
Miller is likely to make his initial appearance on the new charges on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 6. in Knox County Unified Court.
