MacDonald swings in as baseball/softball leader at PITCH
Warren — The PITCH has announced the spring baseball and softball programs at the indoor athletic facility are set to begin under the leadership of coach Paul MacDonald.
MacDonald was a longtime athletic coach at Camden Hills Regional High School, including leading the Windjammer baseball program.
“His knowledge of the game and keen ability to teach skills make him a great asset to the baseball and softball community in the Midcoast," said Robbie Krul of the PITCH. "We are excited to offer a program for those who would like to improve or brush up on their skills before the spring season begins.”
The baseball program runs Mondays 5 to 6 p.m. for ages 6-12 and 6 to 7 p.m. for ages 13-17. The fee is $85 for eight sessions. Students may pay a single drop-in fee of $15, but must register ahead of time for COVID-19 monitoring purposes.
