Warren — Louise Lufkin, 76, passed away peacefully May 10, 2020, at Bella Point in Camden. She was born Aug. 20, 1943, the daughter of the late Clifton and Ella Simmons Meservey. Louise grew up in Waldoboro and then later moved to Warren.

The greatest joy of her life was being with her daughter Amy and son-in-law, Robert. She cherished her time with her granddaughters Elizabeth and Amanda.

Louise was a people person and was always quick with a joke, a smart response or a hug. She cared about everyone and was always willing to lend a hand when she could.

Louise enjoyed working with plastic canvas and was in the middle of making a Minnie Mouse tissue box when she passed. She loved gardening, puzzles and most of all playing Bingo down at the Odd Fellows Hall in Warren. She was a long time member of both the Rebekas and LEA.

In addition to her daughter Amy and her family, she is survived by husband Ronnie Lufkin, brothers Bill and Bud Meservey, and many nieces and nephews.

Because of the COVID-19 restrictions, a service will be at a later date. Should friends desire, leave condolences for the family by visiting her Book of Memories at hallfuneralhomes.com.
