Lots of frustration, good cheer during RGC Crybaby tournament

By Staff | Oct 18, 2016

Rockland — There was plenty of sad, frustrated faces, but also happy smiles and cheers on the Rockland Golf Course on Sunday, Oct. 16 during the always-crazy Crybaby scramble, which was postponed from the previous week.

The tourney is fun because the holes/pins are placed in the most difficult places on each green, such as on hills or in corners.

Kevin LaBree, Kathleen LaBree, Mark Anderson and Chandler Woodman finished first gross 65 and Troy Witham, Steve Downer, Peter Cervarich and Paul Neagle first net 50.25.

The pin winners were: Tom Griffith, 13-1 on the fifth hole; Woodman, 29-1 on the 10th; and Kathy MacPherson, 13-4 on the 18th.
