Lincolnville nomination papers available for town and school boards
LINCOLNVILLE — Nomination papers for local elected office are available at the Lincolnville town office, as of March 1.
Up for election this June are the following positions:
Two seats on the Board of Selectmen, currently held by Chairman Ladleah Dunn and Vice Chairman Keryn Laite, Jr. The positions are for three-year terms.
Two seats on the Lincolnville Central School Committee, currently held by Michael Johnson and Matthew Powers. Each position is for three years.
One open position on the Five Town CSD School Board, for a three-year term.
Three open positions on the budget committee -- two with three-year terms, and one position with a two-year term.
Nomination papers are available from the town office during business hours.
They must have at least 25 signatures of registered Lincolnville voters and no more than 100.
The deadline for returning nomination papers to the town office is 4:30 p.m. Friday April 9.
