Wiscassett — The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a total of 185 calls for the period March 27 through April 2, and reported the following local incidents:

March 29

Devin Davis, 31, of Friendship, was arrested on a Wiscasset District Court warrant for failure to appear at Two Bridges Regional Jail, where he turned himself in on the warrant and was arrested by Sgt. Matthew Day.

A crash occurred on Bath Road in Wiscasset involving Lucinda M. Mitchell, 41, of Boothbay and Eleni Guptill, 25, of Hope. Mitchell was driving her 1999 Toyota Corolla north when she missed the turn for a restaurant on Route 1. She had activated her left turn signal, then changed to make a right turn into the supermarket and failed to see Guptill’s 2014 Mini Cooper, which was passing and turned into the path of her vehicle. As a result, Guptill struck Mitchell’s vehicle in the center of the passenger side. Sgt. Mark Bridgham was the investigating officer.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty at criminal proceedings.
