Library hosts film screening from PBS's POV

Apr 01, 2021
A film still of "Whose Streets?"

Rockland — The Rockland Public Library presents "Whose Streets?" Thursday, April 15, at 6:15 p.m. to be screened over Zoom. This event is free and open to all.

Please note that unlike the library's typical Thursday night programs, it will not be recorded and archived to YouTube.

"Whose Streets?," a 2017 film by Damon Davis and Sabaah Folayan, is an unflinching look at the Ferguson uprising, told by the activists leading the movement.

This event is a collaboration with the award-winning documentary series POV; learn more at pbs.org/pov.

For a link to the Zoom event, please email elewis@rocklandmaine.gov by 4 p.m. on April 15 and identify the event you are interested in attending in the subject line.
