Union — Savage Oakes Vineyard and Winery’s popular summer concert series presents An Evening with Graham Nash Thursday, July 20, at 7:30 p.m. Nash will share songs and stories in an intimate outdoor concert experience; and food and a wide variety of Maine craft beverages will be served.

Tickets, $56 in advance, are festival-style general admission with guests invited to bring along lawn chairs and blankets. For more information and to purchase tickets, call 785-2828 or visit Brown Paper Tickets, linked on savageoakes.com. Savage Oakes is located at 175 Barrett Hill Road, a third of a mile off Route 17.

Grammy Award winner Nash is a two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee: with Crosby, Stills, and Nash; and with The Hollies. He also was inducted into the Songwriter's Hall of Fame twice, as a solo artist and with CSN. His remarkable body of work, beginning with his contributions to the Hollies opus in the 1960s, include “Stop Stop Stop,” “Pay You Back With Interest,” “On A Carousel,” “Carrie Anne,” “King Midas In Reverse” and “Jennifer Eccles.” They continue all the way to 2016’s “This Path Tonight,” his most recent solo album.

Nash also is an internationally renowned photographer and visual artist. His company Nash Editions’ original IRIS 3047 digital printer and one of its first published works is housed in the National Museum of American History at the Smithsonian Institution in recognition of his revolutionary accomplishments in the fine arts and digital printing world. And his passionate voice continues to be heard in support of peace, and social and environmental justice.
