Knox Museum to host family harvest festival

Thomaston — The General Henry Knox Museum, at the junction of routes 1 and 131, will host a harvest festival on the grounds of Montpelier Saturday, Oct. 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free to the community, this family event will feature traditional lawn games and hands-on seasonal craft activities, including pumpkin painting and cookie decorating. Apple cider and fall-inspired treats will be served. Guests can have a photo taken with Gen. Henry Knox.
