Knox County Republicans to host super caucus

Feb 14, 2014

Rockland — Knox County Republican Committee will host a county wide “super” caucus Saturday, March 1, at Rockland District Middle School. The caucus will begin at 12:30 p.m. The “super” caucus allows for all communities within the county to have a single date, time and location for the caucus.

The purpose of the caucus is to elect delegates and alternates to the State Convention, elect members to the Knox County Republican Committee and organize for the upcoming elections. All Knox County Republicans are urged to attend this event.

The State Convention will take place in Bangor April 25 and 26 at Cross Convention Center. This is an excellent opportunity for local Republicans to meet and speak with those who are running for office. For more information, contact Chairman Bob Carter at 273-3471 or
