The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from April 23 through April 30.

Tony D. Thurman, 56, Waldoboro, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Sept. 12, 2018 in Washington, eight months in jail.

Robert G. Johnson Jr., 61, Appleton, domestic violence criminal threatening, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening on Feb. 7, 2021 in Rockland, 48 hours jail, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.

Jamie R. Johnson, 50, Tenants Harbor, theft on Feb. 21, 2019 in Rockland, 10 days jail; theft on Feb. 23, 2020 in Tenants Harbor, 10 days jail, $25 restitution; violating condition of release; criminal trespass on April 3, 2020 in Tenants Harbor,10 days jail; violating condition of release, $150 fine; violating condition of release, 10 days jail.

Adrian S. Phaenephom, 20, Friendship, operating under the influence, dismissed; operating without license, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Jeffrey A. Sholes, 34, Rockland, OUI, 21 days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit on Aug. 22, 2019 in Rockport, 48 hours jail.

Harold V. Martin, 56, Waldoboro, OUI with one prior, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension, $700 fine; operating while license suspended, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; violation of condition of release, 48 hours jail.

Isabella R. Cross, 22, Rockport, OUI, dismissed; OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Karen M. Walton, 54, Appleton, two counts of domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Glenn M. Lewis, 65, attaching false plates, dismissed; refusing to sign civil violations summons, dismissed; operating while license suspended, dismissed; attaching false plates, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Danielle Ames, 33, Cushing, OUI, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Jacqueline R. McClure, 29, Brewer, trafficking in prison contraband, dismissed; criminal conspiracy on May 4, 2019 in Warren, seven days in jail.

Norma Jean Carter, 30, Waldoboro, unlawful possession of drug on July 14, 2020 in Warren, $400 fine.

Amanda Marie Ferguson, 31, Waldoboro, violating condition of release, $150 fine.

Brenda M. Wright, 41, Thorndike, false public alarm or report on Nov. 30, 2020 in Rockland, $500 fine.

Kirk B. Smith, 42, Waldoboro, theft on March 5, 2021 in Thomaston, theft, $250 fine.

Kenneth Moore Sr., 43, Troy, fugitive from justice from New Hampshire, agreed to extradition.

Kendra L. Blackler, 35, Newcastle, theft on March 10, 2019 in Warren, filed with no costs.
