Rockland — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Feb. 12 through Feb. 19.

Bronson R. Simmons, 32, Camden, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon on June 19, 2019 in Rockland, eight years in jail all suspended, three years probation.

Jesse Witham, 27, Brownville, domestic violence assault on March 21, 2019 in Rockland, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation; domestic violence assault on the same day, 364 days in jail all suspended with one year of probation; assault on March 25, 2019 in Rockland, dismissed.

Christopher R. Harvey, 36, Thomaston, domestic violence assault on June 22, 2019 in Thomaston, dismissed; assault, $300 fine.

Steven J. Russell, 40, Searsport, violating condition of release, two years and six months in jail with all but six months suspended, six months probation.

Tiffany Turner, 26, Belfast, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Vicki L. Gower, 59, Thomaston, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Shawn Brian Sabins, 38, Waldoboro, theft on Jan. 7, 2020 on Vinalhaven, 24 hours in jail; forgery, 24 hours in jail, $300 restitution.

Katelyn D. Thomas, 19, Rockland, operating vehicle without license or beyond conditions, dismissed.

Karen M. Rowe, 56, Randolph, theft on March 9, 2019 in Union, 364 days in jail all suspended, one year probation, restitution of $144.

Travis Havener, 31, Rockland, operating under the influence, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; failing to stop for an officer on Aug. 8, 2020 in Rockland, 48 hours jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; unlawful possession of drug, $400 fine all suspended; burglary of a motor vehicle on Aug. 8, 2020 in Rockland, seven days in jail; theft on Aug. 8, 2020 in Rockland, seven days in jail, restitution of $80; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.

Amy S. Thompson, 50, Warren, domestic violence assault on Oct. 4, 2020 in Warren, 364 days in jail all suspended, one-year probation; disorderly conduct, dismissed; obstructing government administration, dismissed; assault, dismissed.

Jarvis O. Springer, 23, Camden, OUI, 48 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Donald Campbell, 54, Waldoboro, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

Easton Adams, 23, North Haven, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Tyler J. Damon, 29, Swanville, trafficking in prison contraband on Jan. 1, 2021 in Rockland, six months in jail.

Kyle Clough, 29, Port Clyde, untagged lobster traps on Dec. 19, 2020 in Port Clyde, $750 fine.

Sixteen citizens listed with a myriad of offenses. Out of all the offenses listed there were 5 suspension of punishments and 8 dismissals of charges.
