Rockland — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Sept. 4 through Sept. 18.

Kenneth A. Robak, 51, Rockport, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon on Sept. 1, 2018 in Rockport, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing with priors, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed; domestic violence criminal threatening on May 1, 2018 in Rockport, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, stayed until April 23, 2021, one-year probation; terrorizing on Oct. 1, 2018 in Rockport, seven days in jail stayed until April 23.

Justin A. Luszczki, 36, Rockland, criminal mischief on July 3 in Rockland, 30 days in jail; probation violation, 45 days in jail.

Jason R. Walsh, 38, Rockland, probation violation, 180 days in jail.

Morgan Farley, 27, Union, operating under the influence, seven days in jail stayed until April 23, 2021, $1,100 fine, 150 days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed; violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

Donna Marble, 48, Waldoboro, OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Robert R. Demmons Sr., 63, Lewiston, indecent conduct on Aug. 1, 2018 in Rockland, 180 days in jail all but 37 days suspended, one year probation.

Kathleen A. Simmons, 51, Waldoboro, operating while license suspended, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Lisa M. Moody, 35, Belfast, harassment by telephone on July 8, 2019 in Appleton, $350 fine.

Eva White, 64, unsworn falsification, $250 fine; false public alarm or report on Nov. 14, 2019 in Cushing, dismissed.

Heather M. Ripley, 37, Lewiston, OUI, 72 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Evan C. West, 22, Liberty, unlawful furnishing of drug on Dec. 30 in Hope, dismissed.

Kevin Brown, 37, Rockport, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest, 48 hours jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, six months in jail, $500 fine.

Kenneth W. Pruyne, 21, Waldoboro, OUI, 48 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; failing to notify of accident on April 27 on North Haven, $250 fine; failing to make accident report, $250 fine.

Randall Swan, 71, Washington, assault, dismissed.

Reginald Montgomery, 62, St. George, burning without a permit on April 25 in St. George, $150 fine.

Allison Owens, 39, North Haven, operating while license suspended, dismissed.

Myles Rehlander, 35, Searsmont, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

Shane Stockbridge, 26, Warren, failure to register vehicle, $150.

Leeann Thivierge, 41, Appleton, operating while license suspended, $750 fine; failure to register vehicle, $150.

Haley Wall, 36, Rockland, operating while license suspended, $250.

Breanna Waldron, 28, Naples, Fla., operating while license suspended, $500; failing to notify of accident, $250; failing to make accident report, $250.

Zebulon Arbour, 19, Warren, attaching false plates, $150.

Travis Batty, 36, South Thomaston, failure to register vehicle, $150.

Christopher Cushman Sr., 44, Waldoboro, failure to register vehicle, $200.

Mark Hupper, 35, Rockport, operating operating vehicle without license, $150.

Bruce E. Jackson, 51, Washington, operating while license suspended, $500.

Lucien B. Marriner, 19, Thomaston, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

Jonah Farley, 26, Union, failure to register vehicle, $250.

Isaiah Harriman, 21, Union, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit on July 26 in Washington, $500.

Bruce L. Hobbs, 55, Rockland, criminal threatening on July 2 in Rockland, $500 fine.

Benjamin K. Burgess, 41, Warren, violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.

Skylar C. Perez, 20, Vinalhaven, minor possessing liquor, $200.
