Rockland — The following cases were completed from Nov. 8 through Nov. 15 in the Knox County court.

Katelyn R. Robbins, 31, Cushing, operating under the influence, $500 fine.

John M. Beverage, 39, Nortfolk, Va., OUI, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

David Wellman, 48, Hope, unlawful furnishing of drug on May 21, 2018 in Hope, $400 fine.

Charles A. Mathieson, 50, Tenants Harbor, theft and forgery on Oct. 1, 2016 in Rockland, both dismissed.

Camron Hopkins, 20, Thomaston, assault on Dec. 21, 2018 in Rockland, $300 fine; allowing minor to possess or consume alcohol, on Aug. 3 in Warren, $250 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.

David A. Carver, 44, Rockland, theft on June 13 in Rockland, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, stayed until March 15, one-year probation, $1,099 restitution.

Brian C. Baker, 30, Cushing, OUI, 48 hours jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Zachari Ryan Pease, 32, Thomaston, disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest on July 14 in Rockland, both dismissed.

Amanda Tozier, 36, Cushing, OUI with two priors, two years in jail with all but six months suspended, two years probation, six-year license suspension, $1,100 fine; operating vehicle without license, 30 days jail; violating condition of release, 30 days jail.

Joel H. Williams, 67, St. George, OUI, dismissed.

Brianna M. Pozerycki, 24, Friendship, domestic violence assault on Sept. 1 in Cushing, dismissed.

Gwendolyn Wellman, 32, Friendship, violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail; two counts of unlawful possession of drug on Sept. 5 in Friendship, both dismissed.

Richard C. Brown Sr., 65, Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Lowell E. Frost, 68, Washington, assault and disorderly conduct on Aug. 21 in Washington, both dismissed.

Isaiah L. Washington, 20, Biddeford, unlawful possession of drug on Sept. 21 in Rockland, 180 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, $400 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; falsifying physical evidence, dismissed.

Angelina Rock, 43, Belfast, OUI, 14 days jail, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail; violating protection from abuse order on Sept. 30 in Washington, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; violating condition of release, 48 hours jail.

David Wellman, 48, Hope, violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
