Rockland — The following cases were completed in the Knox County court from Oct. 11 through Oct. 18.

Clinton Benner, 33, of Waldoboro, was sentenced to 15 months in prison for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon. He received a concurrent six-month sentence for criminal mischief. Both incidents occurred Aug. 18 in Washington.

According to an affidavit filed by the Sheriff's Office in court, Benner had showed up at Washington Manor, where his ex-girlfriend worked, and threatened a 15-year-old boy with a knife and stated he was going to “cut him.” Benner made the threat after the youth tried to intervene when Benner was yelling at the woman, according to the affidavit.

Police also said Benner attempted to cut the tires of another female’s vehicle prior to the altercation.

Chrystal Reimer, 36, Portland, two counts of unlawful possession of drug on Feb. 24, 2017 in Rockland, 364 days in jail all suspended, one-year probation, $100 restitution, and $400 fine.

Tyler R. Widdecomb, 30, Union, failing to make accident report on Jan. 1 in Union, $350 fine.

David Boone, 38, Waldoboro, operating after habitual offender revocation with two priors, one year in prison, $1,100 fine all the fine suspended.

Maurice Franklin, 27, Union, disorderly conduct on July 14 in Rockland, $150 fine.

Andrew S. Blackstone, 20, Monmouth, operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Raymond Brann, 19, Rockland, unlawful possession of drug on July 11 in Thomaston, $400 fine.

Nicholas Appollonio, OUI, dismissed; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

Sheldon Bryant, 69, Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation with a prior, dismissed; failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; displaying false registration, $150 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, 30 days in jail stayed until Jan. 15, 2020, one-year license suspension, $1,000 fine.

Corey M. Rytky, 39, St. George, possessing unregistered deer on May 7 in St. George, $300 fine.

Clair W. Mitchell, 43, Appleton, unlawful possession of drug, dismissed.

Jerome F. Cates, 70, Norfolk, Va., operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Henry Cygan, 75, South Thomaston, violating a protection from abuse order on Oct. 14 in Rockland, 48 hours in jail.

Grace E. Lutat, 20, Burton, Ohio, minor consuming liquor on July 27 in Union, $400 fine.
