Rockland — The following cases were completed in Knox County courts from Jan. 5 through Jan. 12.

Kennedy H. Correa, 41, Elizabeth, N.J., rule violation of possessing or using alcohol while on duty, $100 fine.

Avery Waterman, 20, North Haven, reckless conduct Oct. 16, 2016, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, one year probation, 30-day license suspension; operating vehicle without license, 60 days in jail; driving to endanger, 60 days in jail, $575 fine.

Joshua Heinz Guimond, 33, Camden, operating while license suspended, seven days in jail, $250 fine; operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed.

Candace Faller, 45, Rockland, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Christopher Chandler, 38, Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation, 60 days in jail, $500 fine; failure to register vehicle, seven days in jail.

Eugene W. Staples, 72, Thomaston, operating under the influence, four days in jail stayed until April 20, $600 fine, nine-month license suspension.

Eric Waite, 48, Thomaston, failing to report, 90 days in jail.

Roland E. Harford, 61, St. George, OUI with one prior, 364 days in jail with all but 30 days suspended, one year's probation, three-year license suspension, $700 fine; operating while license suspended, 30 days in jail, $250 fine; operating vehicle without license, 30 days in jail.

Stephen E. Widdecomb, 25, Rockland, altering vehicle after inspection, dismissed.

Michael J. Irvin, 54, Rockland, OUI, 96 hours in jail stayed until April 26, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine.

Jonathan T. Scott, 24, St. George, violating a condition of release, dismissed.

Andrew W. Pyznarski, 51, Thomaston, failure to execute assignment and warranty of title, $500 fine.

Joshua J. Burda, 25, Gloverville, N.Y., operating while license suspended, $250 fine.

Daniel S. Barrows, 18, Camden, forgery, 15 days in jail; theft Nov. 18 in Appleton, 17 days in jail, restitution of $230.

John Williams, 50, Rockland, OUI, 72 hours in jail stayed until April 20, 150-day license suspension, $500 fine; operating while license suspended, $500 fine.

Jacob A. Graf, 25, St. George, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

Joseph S. Thurston II, 30, Friendship, operating while license suspended, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension, $600 fine.

Sarah A.Upchurch, 25, Auburn, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit Oct. 6 in Cushing, $400 fine.

Tyler Gricus, 30, Rockland, disorderly conduct, $250 fine.

Dustin Wade Martin, 34, Rockport, operating while license suspended, 45 days in jail, $1,000 fine; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail; operating while license suspended, 30 days in jail, $1,000 fine; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Grey Carleton, 19, Rockland, speeding 30 miles per hour or more over the limit  Nov. 28 in Thomaston, $750 fine; driving to endanger, 30-day license suspension, $575 fine.

James H. Poole, 61, Vinalhaven, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum size, $600 fine.

Michelle D. Young, 28, Cushing, speeding more than 30 miles per hour over the limit Nov. 24 in Cushing, $1,000 fine.

Casey Gilman, 19, Appleton, violation of deer permit rule, $300 fine.

Randy L. Wall Sr., 56, South Thomaston, shellfish harvesting license violation, $750 fine.

Paula Lea McMahon, 57, Rockland, allowing dog to be at large (two counts), $500 in total fines.
