Rockland — A charge against a local woman, who had been accused of endangering her bedridden husband by not providing him care, has been dismissed.

The charge of intentionally endangering the welfare of a dependent person was dismissed Aug. 1 in Knox County Court against Shirley J. Cline, 69, of Rockport.

The charge was dropped after Cline met the conditions of a deferred disposition agreed to a year ago. She was required to undergo psychological counseling.

The following cases other were also completed from July 26 through Aug. 2 in Knox County Court.

Alton Cobb, 51, Rockland, probation violation on a prior aggravated criminal trespass charge, 50 days in jail.

Angela Harrison, 44, Bath, operating under the influence, seven days in jail, 150-day license suspension, $600 fine.

John Mathieson, 74, Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed; two counts of theft by deception, dismissed.

Daniel W. Spooner, 32, Westbrook, probation violation on a prior drug possession charge, 45 days in jail.

Kristie Anderson, 39, Belfast, unlawful possession of drug April 12 in Rockland, five days in jail, $500 fine.

Ryan Beck, 43, Rockland, OUI with one prior, 364 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, 150-day license suspension, one year's probation, $500 fine.
