Knox County closed cases

Rockland — The following cases were completed in the Knox County courts from April 27 through May 4.

Zachary T. Carleton, 29, St. George, probation violation on a prior theft case, 90 days in jail; OUI -- alcohol -- with one prior, 90 days in jail, three-year license suspension, $700 fine.

Stacy L. Smith, 37, Lewiston, unlawful possession of drug Nov. 7, 2014, in Warren, $400 fine. Charges of trafficking in drugs, criminal conspiracy, and trafficking in prison contraband were dismissed.

Jason P. Merrill, 30, Gray, refusing to submit to arrest Sept. 23, 2017, in Rockland, 30 days in jail.

Christopher G. Watson, 42, Rockland, operating after habitual offender revocation with two priors, two years in jail with all but nine months and one day suspended, two years' probation, $1,000 fine.

Paul S, Giansiracusa, 36, Thomaston, theft Nov. 16, 2017, in Rockland, 30 days in jail, $45 in restitution.

Dwayne L. Knowlton, 47, Rockland, operating under the influence -- alcohol -- with one prior, 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended, one year's probation, three-year license suspension, $700 fine; operating without license or beyond restrictions, 48 hours in jail.

Maurice Bickford, 48, Searsport, engaging in activities while suspended, $500 fine.

Nicholas M. Deabler, 25, Thomaston, possession of drug April 30 in Rockland, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended, one year's probation, $400 fine.
