The annual Harbor Arts & Books Fair offers fine art, craft and books at and near Camden Public Library.

Camden — The downtown Camden Public Library will host more than 90 artists in its annual summer Harbor Arts & Books Fair. The admission-free, family-friendly event runs Saturday and Sunday, July 14 and 15, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Art patrons will find works in watercolor, oil, acrylics and pastels, as well as photography, sculpture and mixed media. Fans of handcrafted wares can shop for pottery, glass, woodcrafts, jewelry and furniture. Fiber artists also will be represented, with a wide selection of handwoven sweaters, handmade quilts and much more.

Camden Public Library carries on the tradition of excellent juried arts, with a festive flavor. Exhibitor booths will be in the Camden Amphitheatre, on Atlantic Avenue and along the water in beautiful and scenic Harbor Park.

The library also hosted a giant book sale under tents July 13-15.

This year the fair, is sponsored by the Reny Charitable Foundation and co-sponsor First National Bank, with added support from Camden Riverhouse Hotel & Inns.
