Pictured is Camden Harbor, 1878, in a view from the Baptist Church spire. On the near side of the harbor are several two-masted schooners around Adams Wharf. Steamboat Wharf is visible across the harbor, just around the point from where Lyman-Morse is now. The sign on the building says "J. & B.C. Adams, Coal, Wood & Hay."
