Rockland — Join the Historic Inns of Rockland and Friends of Rockland Public Library for the annual Holiday House Tour as part of Rockland’s Festival of Lights celebration.

This year the Historic Inns are once again joining with the Friends of the Rockland Public Library and historic private homes nearby to jump start the spirit of the season. Participate in the tour and view historic inns and homes decked in all their holiday finery, while supporting Rockland’s Public Library.

A festival of trees will follow the Holiday House Tour, with tabletop trees decorated by area businesses for auction at the library. The tour will take place on Saturday, Nov. 24 from 1 to 4 p.m. and the silent auction with complimentary refreshments and baked goods will follow at the Rockland Public Library from 4 to 4:30 p.m.

Tickets to the Holiday House Tour are $10 per adult and free for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased at the Rockland Public Library in advance or at any of the participating inns and the library the day of the event.

All proceeds will be donated to the Friends of the Rockland Public Library. Please contact the library at 594-0310 for information.
