Rockland — Live blues continues Monday night, Feb. 18, as Gracie Curran & The High Falutin' Band plays a 7 to 10 p.m. show in the upstairs music room of Time Out Pub, 275 Main St. Admission will be $15 at the door, which opens at 6 p.m.

Curran and comrades will be heading to Maine shortly after disembarking the Legendary Rhythm & Blues Cruise of the East Caribbean, but Curran hail from Boston so she’ll make the transition with ease. Of course, these days she’s based in Memphis, so expect some finger-lickin’ jaw-droppin’ blues and soul. One of the most exciting young bands on the roots scene today, powerful singer Curran and her crew have shared the stage with the likes of Buddy Guy, Shemekia Copeland, Tab Benoit and Ronnie Earl … and they will get the Time Out floor rocking.

Shows are subject to change. For more information, visit northatlanticbluesfestival.com and click on the Time Out Blues link; call 596-6055; or email bluesman@midcoast.com. Also on the site are information and ticket sales for this summer’s North Atlantic Blues Festival.
