We are all saddened by the recent weather disasters in our country. Please join Dr. Marden and Staff in our thoughts and prayers for all of the people and their families affected in Texas by Hurricane Harvey and in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas as they prepare for Hurricane Irma's landfall this weekend! It is easy to feel overwhelmed and wonder what one person or one business can do to help. We have been in contact with our local Salvation Army unit in Rockland and according to Captain Keith W. Davis, Corps Officer/Administrator, the best and easiest way to help is to give a financial amount is too small! Cash donations allow charitable relief agencies to use monetary contributions to purchase exactly what disaster survivors need most and they are the easiest to get directly to the disaster area. To donate by phone, call: 1-800-SAL-ARMY. To donate by check, make it payable to: "The Salvation Army" and indicate in the memo line "Hurricane Harvey" or "Hurricane Irma" and drop it off at the Rockland location at 27 Payne Avenue. Have a great weekend everyone and stay safe!!
