Are you still unsure about how to apply for health insurance, compare plans, or enroll online?  Attend this free workshop, presented by certified application counselor and ClaimAid patient resource advocate, Lisa Mele, every Friday, either March 14, 21 or 28 from 9 a.m. to noon at 409 Old County Road, in Rockland. Join us to learn more about the Health Insurance Marketplace and find coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. Whether you’re uninsured or just want to explore your choices, we will provide an overview of the new options available and answer any questions you may have.

This workshop is an opportunity for anyone who has questions about the Health Insurance Marketplace. Questions will be answered about the application process, criteria for national healthcare, tax credits, who is eligible, exemption criteria and process, how to make changes through the year and enrollment deadlines.

If you have an email address please bring your password so you can access it to confirm your Marketplace account. If you have already begun the enrollment process, bring your username and password. You will also need your 2012 1040, 2013 income information, Social Security numbers and birthdates for all family members in the home that you can claim as tax dependents.
