Healing Soups for the Gut and Overall Wellness of the Body

The gastrointestinal tract or gut is highly essential to the human body. It contains positive bacteria that help in the digestion and absorption of the food we eat. The gut helps to transport food from the mouth, take it all through the processes of digestion, and takes waste products out of the body.


Gut health is important, and the foods you eat greatly affect your gut health. The environment is also a factor affecting gut health.

Also, the bone marrows contain zinc, vitamins A and K, iron, and fatty acids.  It is good that once in a while, you take bone broth for the healthiness of your gut and body.


Ginger Tea: Gut soothing ginger tea helps to heal the gut. Elm powder can also be included to make it more effective. Ginger is anti-inflammatory, and therefore, it helps to prevent inflammation of the gut.


Celery Juice: Celery juice contains the necessary nutrients needed for the gut; one of such is minerals. This celery juice will also help to restore the natural acidity of the stomach, help indigestion and help in microbiome balance.


Fruits: There are certain fruits that are good for the gut. Normally, fruits are necessary for the body because they are a source of vitamins. Bananas and apples are good for gut health; bananas contain potassium and magnesium which are good for the gut, while apples are good for microbiomes.


Veggies: There are veggies that help to heal the gut. Veggies like asparagus and broccoli help in gut health.

  • Stomach pain- Stomach pain may emanate from inflammation of the gut, and it is always uncomfortable.

  • Bloating- Bloating of the stomach is when the stomach swells slightly due to abnormalities in the stomach.

  • Nausea- This is a feeling of vomiting, which occurs as a result of an unhealthy gut.

  • Diarrhea- Also, excess stool is a result of an unhealthy gut.

It is, therefore, necessary that you eat healthy foods, in order to ensure the healthiness of your gut and the general wellness of your body.
