Rockland — “Unacknowledged,” a film by Dr. Steven Greer, will be shown Tuesday, Aug. 15, at 7 p.m. at First Universalist Church, 345 Broadway. Admission is by donation.

Greer, a former emergency department doctor, wrote the book “Hidden Truth, Forbidden Knowledge,” describing his life and his dedication to uncovering information “that we are not alone.” He states in his book that he personally experienced, from childhood onwards, things that gave him “the knowledge of cosmic cultures, cosmic consciousness and a glimpse of the wondrous future that awaits humanity.”

The film explores such things as new energy propulsion technologies that can bring about a new world, free from pollution, poverty and conflict. Disclosed will be inventions made by Nikola Tesla that can provide free energy devices around the globe. Also addressed are classified documents regarding UFO and extra-terrestrial life.

Greer has been in a number of documentaries including “Thrive,” “Sirius” and “The Day Before Disclosure,” along with the History Channel documentary series “Ancient Aliens.”
