Gautschi Center answers art question

Rockland — The Gautschi Center, 8 Elm St. on the courtyard, will host the opening of “What’s Behind It?”, a special exhibition of new paintings created by Brigitte Gautschi, Friday, Sept. 1, from 5 to 7 p.m.

During the Arts In Rockland First Friday Art Walk opening, guests will have the opportunity to meet the artist and discuss the new works. Light refreshments will be served. Throughout the evening in the outdoor courtyard, the Elm Street galleries are hosting a musical performance by Good Vibrations of Lincolnville.
