Join us this Fall for a special series of Farmers Harvest Dinners. Our first feast will come straight from our own garden. Join Executive Sous Chef Ülfet Ralph for an interactive class at 5pm followed by our first Farmers Harvest Dinner at 7pm. This special evening includes welcome Prosecco and hors d'oeuvres from our garden, an interactive cooking class, and 5-course dinner. Reserve early as there is limited availability.

Right from our kitchen, Executive Sous Chef Ülfet Ralph teams up with Executive Chef Chris Long to create a unique 5-course dinner straight from our garden. Different vegetables and spices backed by Ülfet's Mediterranean background will influence this first Farmers Harvest Dinner.
COOKING CLASS • 5pm, September 6
Join Ülfet Ralph for a unique cooking experience. You'll start out in our garden and pick out a variety of vegetables and herbs — an educational experience as you walk through our garden and learn about the September harvest. Then head inside for an interactive experience in our new teaching kitchen. Learn about Ülfet's passion for the "no waste movement" by preparing the "whole" vegetable. And of course, you'll taste as you create.
Meet Executive Sous Chef Ülfet Ralph
Born and raised in Turkey, Ülfet learned her culinary magic from her family. She followed her love of cooking to two prestigious culinary schools, the Culinary Institute of Charleston in South Carolina and the Institute of Culinary Education in New York. She fine-tuned her skills at Relais & Chateaux properties around the country, landing at renowned Chefs Garden in Milan, Ohio. We then discovered her talents and hired her here at Relais & Chateaux Camden Harbour Inn. We're fortunate to have her expertise right here at Natalie's. Come see for yourself!
