Free guided hikes offered in Rockport

Rockport — This fall, join members of the Community Health & Wellness team for guided (socially distant) hikes along some favorite Coastal Mountains Land Trust trails. Selected hikes will be approximately one mile in length and considered easy, with occasional rough terrain and some inclines. Participants should wear appropriate footwear and bring drinking water for the hike.

Wednesday, Sept. 30, 5 to 5:45 p.m., Beech Hill Preserve, Beech Hill Road, Rockport

Wednesday, Oct. 14, 5 to 5:45 p.m., Harkness Preserve, Spruce Street, Rockport

For more information about any of the trails, please visit coastalmountains.org. These guided hikes are free but space is limited so pre-registration is required; please visit journeytohealth.coursestorm.com or call 301-3950 to register.
