Yea Stephen great idea. The Rec Center would look great repainted along the same model as the Apprenticeshop, which looks great. Perhaps some of the art students could even mentor and oversee the graffiti group. Maybe even top things off with stringing some fairy lights around the entry doors in keeping with the downtown vision.

The idea of restorative justice seems to have caught on.

Maybe for community service punishment they can be tasked with painting or decorating the downtown jersey barriers in the Spring or stringing them with fairy lights.
