Five Town Football gears up for gear Aug. 13 at Camden Snow Bowl

By Staff | Aug 09, 2017

Camden — Five Town Football, which encompasses players entering grades 3-8, will hold its annual equipment day on Sunday, Aug. 13 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Camden Snow Bowl.

Practices will begin the following week — starting Monday, Aug. 14 — thus, parents should register on time and/or communicate with coaches and/or board members if they are unable to be present or have questions.

Tackle football in FTF is comprised of junior varsity (third and fourth grades), varsity (fifth and sixth grades) and middle school (seventh and eighth grades), though the organization hopes to run a first- and second-grade program in the future and welcomes the input of parents and children in the Five Town area.

A kindergarten- through second-grade Flag Football League also will begin in September, with further details at a later time.
