First National Bank Donates to Local Food Pantries

First National Bank recently announced that it has made donations totaling $15,000 to twenty-one food banks in the bank’s market area. “First National Bank is grateful for the critical services that our food banks provide to our neighbors in need,” remarked Tony C. McKim, President and CEO. “As a Maine community bank, it is our goal to respond to the needs of these vital organizations that serve and help families put food on the table.”

The AIO Food Pantry was a recipient of these funds. The pantry is comprised of all volunteers that support over 4,000 households annually within Knox County. The pantry is open on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 9:30am to 12pm and Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 6:30pm. It is located on 70 Thomaston Street in Rockland.
