Destruction of Cumulative Academic and Health Records

For Camden Hills, Class of 2013
May 04, 2021

Camden Hills Regional High School has announced that the cumulative academic records for the Class of 2013 will be destroyed beginning June 28, 2021.

Federal regulations, under the Family Educational Privacy Act, stipulate that rights to these records transfer to students upon turning 18. As such, records will only be released to students with appropriate identification (license, passport, etc.) or to parents of students who present both signed permission from their student and appropriate identification.

Those who graduated in 2013 and would like to have their cumulative record, can call the CHRHS Counseling Department at 236-7800 ext. 3361 to make arrangements to pick up their record. The permanent high school transcript will be maintained in perpetuity.
