Cushman Creative wins AVA Digital Design Awards

Cushman Creative’s “Trapelo Knows” video has won another award.

Port Clyde — Cushman Creative, a design agency specializing in health science marketing, earned a Platinum and Gold AVA Digital Award for excellence in digital creativity, branding and strategy.

The first award is a platinum for the agency’s “Trapelo Knows” video, created for client Intervention Insights. Cushman Creative’s work showcases how the company’s decision-making technology, Trapelo, helps oncologists, lab directors and payers manage the fastest growing, most exciting and most costly factor in the future of cancer care — the use of precision medicine. This is the second platinum award Cushman Creative has received for Trapelo’s motion graphics.

Cushman Creative also took a gold award for helping create “The Precision Medicine Podcast,” sponsored by Trapelo, which features clinical conversations with expert guests about the effective use of precision medicine for cancer care. To date, topics have covered everything from patient advocacy to the barrier of reimbursement.

Episode 8 of the podcast illustrates the power of the platform. In it, a journalist and cancer survivor turned patient advocate discusses barriers to precision medicine and what the medical community must do to bring it more in line with the experiences of cancer patients. Many of the issues raised also are addressed by Trapelo technology, ensuring the content is timely and relevant to the marketing goal.

AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes excellence by creative professionals responsible for the planning, concept, direction, design and production of digital communication. Work ranges from digital campaigns to audio and video production to website development, social media and mobile marketing.
