Are you a writer or artist who has a sporadic approach to your creativity? Do you wait for a lightening bolt of inspiration or your mysterious  muse to show up and demand to be heard?

There is another way to be creatively productive!

Cultivating a consistent practice, whether it be in a studio or engaging with nature, keeps your creative muscles toned and sustains the well you draw upon to bring something new into the world.

This session is geared for writers and artists of all genres who need help developing consistency in their creative life, or want to refresh their practice.

Teresa Piccari has been helping people tell their fiction and nonfiction stories for 22 years through a diverse palette of workshops. She also works independently with artists and writers as a coach.

Please bring paper and a pen so you can take notes and participate in writing prompts during the class.
