Community sound healing throughout February

Rockland — On Saturdays, Feb. 13, 20 and 27, from 4 to 5 p.m., Robin Lane will offer Community Sound Healing, hosted by The Dancing Elephant. These special afternoon gatherings are self-guided, open practice time with unique cello improvisations. Come meditate, practice yoga, write or draw, move or dance, or lie down and rest. The program is open to the community by donation. Registration is not required.

Lane performs classical, jazz and contemporary works for public and private events throughout New England. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Performance, with a concentration in jazz studies, at the University of Southern Maine.
