Advance care planning workshop to be held April 14

VIRTUAL — Advance care planning is an organized process of reflecting upon and discussing goals for future health care decisions. It is a part of creating an advance directive, which is a plan that represents individual preferences and tells others what medical care you want or do not want to receive if you become too ill in the future to tell them.

Join Vikki Swan from 3 to 4 p.m. for this Wednesday online workshop where interested parties will begin the process of filling out an advance directive.

This class is free; preregistration is required to obtain virtual access. Visit journeytohealth.coursestorm.com or call 301-3950 to register.
