Come Spring Players perform twice in July

Jun 28, 2019

UNION — The Come Spring Players will present two different performances based on the novel “Come Spring” by Ben Ames Williams.

The performance on Wednesday, July 10, at 7 p.m. portrays Mima Robbins and Joel Adams as middle-aged parents. The cast includes Briar Lyons as Mima, Mitchell Wilson as Joel, Ella Fishman as their daughter and script writer Peter Duffy as grandfather Philip Robbins.

The performance on Friday, July 19, at 4 p.m. is set shortly after the Robbins Family arrived in Union in 1776 in the original script by Peter Duffy.

Both plays will be presented on the stage of Union’s Old Town House, 128 Town House Rd. For more information, call 785-5444.

The Arts & Entertainment deadline is Thursdays at 5 p.m. for events dated on/between the following two Thursdays. Please email press releases/photos to A&E Editor Christine Dunkle at
