ROCKLAND — Midcoast Women returns for the 2019-2020 season of the Collective Voices storytelling series with “Toasting Talent: Encore” at the Fog Bar & Café, 328 Main St., on Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 6:30 p.m. Advance $10 registration is required through

The public is invited for a lively and delicious evening celebrating three talented Maine women. Hear their stories about how they meet the challenges of owning and operating their Maine-based businesses and enjoy samples of their products.

The storytellers and entrepreneurs include Ashley Seelig, the Fog Bar & Cafe; Tabitha Blake Perry, Crush Distributors; and Heather Sanborn, Maine Senator and co-founder of Rising Tide Brewing Company. The program will be moderated by Midcoast Women planning committee member Candace Vancko.

Midcoast Women began as a response to the 2016 election and a conversation about how we, as women in the Midcoast Maine area, could make our voices heard.

Through our Collective Voices storytelling series, we highlight women of different backgrounds, interests, ages and career paths. Through sharing our individual stories, we can strengthen and amplify our collective voices.
