What better way to spend Sunday afternoon?  Come join Chef Michael in the kitchen from 1-3pm on Sunday, December 16th and learn alongside fellow culinary enthusiasts.

Re-create these Hors d’Oeuvres that Michael has created for the holiday season. We will start with A Festive Martini and follow with: Phyllo-Wrapped Lamb Chops with a Rosemary-Mustard Aioli, Funchi Rounds with Maine Lobster, Spicy Beef Toasts with a Smoked Tomato Confit, Black Pepper Almonds, and Onion-Sage and Olive Tartlets.
