Car club announces Foreign Car Show winners

This 1931 Bugatti Type 57, owned by Richard Collier, of Islesboro, won Best in Show at the 2019 Camden Foreign Car Show.

Camden — The 18th Annual Camden Foreign Car Show, which took place Sept. 1, has announced the award winners, out of 42 entrants.

The winner in the Saloons and Touring Cars category was a 1965 Jaguar S-Type, owned by Don and Molly Foster of Camden. In the Traditional Sports Cars-Early Period field, the winner was a 1960 Jaguar XK150, owned by Bud Woodworth of Lincolnville. The Traditional Sports Cars-Late Period award went to a 1987 Porsche Carrera, owned by Gary Rich, of Bar Harbor.

In the Modern Sports Cars category, a 2007 Aston Martin, owned by Scott McKenzie of Collegeville, Pa. took the award. Best in Show went to a 1931 Bugatti Type 57, owned by Richard Collier, of Islesboro.
