CAMDEN — The Camden Police Department reported the following activity from Sept. 30 through Oct. 6:

Sept. 30

Matthew B. Jones, 30, of Lincolnville, was arrested on a warrant for operating after suspension, criminal speeding and violating three conditions of release by Officer Mark Bennett Jr.

Oct. 2

Deborah D. Chatfield, 62, of Camden, was arrested for violating a condition of release by Officer Brook Hartshorn.

Oct. 4

Colin J. Marshall, 22, of Rockland, was summoned for speeding 15 to 19 mph over the speed limit by Officer Paul Thompson.

Gary Simmons, 47, of Rockport, was arrested for aggravated forgery by Officer Jonathon Morgan.

Oct. 6

Dolores Hatch, 57, of Lincolnville, was summoned for failure to produce insurance by Officer Samuel Butler.

Amber L. St. Pierre, 24, of Albion, was summoned for permitting illegal attachment by J. Morgan.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
